Purchase Agreement
dog for a period of (7) seven days for infectious disease
beginning on the purchase date. No pup will be sold that is
hurt or injured and so no pup will be replaced for such
reasons. If this pup dies from natural causes within (7) seven
days of purchase, an autopsy must be performed by our (the
seller’s) licensed veterinarian (with the buyer paying any and
all expenses in advance that might be incurred) to determine
cause of death.
If the pup dies within (24) twenty-four hours, and cause of
death determined by our (the seller’s) licensed veterinarian to
be infectious disease, the seller will replace the pup under
the following conditions:
1. The replacement will be of the same sex, breed, and
dollar value.
2. If the only pup available at this time is of the same
breed, sex, and is of higher dollar value (value of pup to be
determined by the seller), the buyer agrees to pay the
difference to the seller.
3. If seller is replacing a puppy, the buyer agrees to pay
any and all Shipping and or Handling fees associated with the
arrival of their replacement puppy.
4. The original pup must be returned to the seller, with
the buyer paying any and all expenses that might be
incurred. The deceased pup must be sealed in an air tight zip
lock type container, the container covered in a cooling
material (frozen gel packs are recommended), packaged
(Styrofoam packaging is recommended), the package placed
in cardboard box suitable for shipping, and shipped marked
fragile & perishable contents, please handle with care. The
deceased pup must be shipped overnight express. The
deceased pup must be shipped within (12) twelve hours of
death.
5. The returned pup’s microchip number must match
exactly.
6. We (the seller) sell pets for companion purposes only.
There will be no cash refunds. There will be no credit
refunds.
No guarantee on pup against any illness that was contracted
after the pup leaves the kennel. Vaccinations and worming
records must be kept on this pup or this limited guarantee is
null and void. We (the seller) will not pay veterinary bills
incurred after purchase and removal date of the pup from our
kennel. We (the seller) do not guarantee your (the buyer’s)
puppy will be of show quality. We (the seller) do not
guarantee your (the buyer’s) puppy for reproductive
soundness. The seller offers no guarantee either written or
implied of the genetic quality, adult size, or adult weight of
the buyer’s puppy. Shipping and Handling fees are non-
refundable. Deposits to hold pups are non-refundable.
Deposits include any and all moneys paid towards the
purchase of a puppy including but not limited to full purchase
price of puppy. The seller will not accept any returns of the
puppy including but not limited to: allergy problems,
landlord/tenant problems, marital problems, adjustment
problems, financial hardship, and etcetera. By sending
money to purchase a puppy, the buyer automatically agrees
to the terms & conditions of this limited guarantee and
purchase agreement.
